Life doesn’t wait for us to have everything figured out before it changes. Sometimes the shifts are gradual, and other times it's like things change overnight.
Maybe change found you. Or maybe you're seeking it.
Either way, it can be really f*cking scary, especially if you're facing it alone.
I know the disorientation and uncertainty that change can bring, whether by choice or by circumstance. I’ve been through my own seasons of breaking down, rebuilding, and rediscovering who I am.
We’ll navigate the unknown and the in-between together, in a way that meets you exactly where you are.
Hello. I took this selfie while sitting in the backyard with my mom on a gloriously mild, spring day.
Hi, I’m Diorella. For over a decade, I lived with anxiety, panic, and agoraphobia. These challenges taught me about humility, self-compassion, and the strength to start again. Later, after 18 years in IT, I left a career that no longer felt right and found myself in the uncertain space between what was ending and what would come next.
Those experiences of breaking down and rebuilding showed me how disorienting change can feel, and how powerful it can be when met with curiosity and persistence. Today, I coach people navigating their own in-between spaces, helping them uncover new possibilities.
How I Coach
No quick fixes or advice. Together, we uncover the mental habits and stories shaping your actions and experiment with new ways to move forward.
Curiosity over certainty. I don’t rush to answers — I help you sit with uncertainty long enough to see new options emerge.
Space and challenge in balance. Sometimes you’ll get deep listening and presence. Other times, I’ll offer observations or questions that nudge you to think differently.
Grounded in lived experience. I know what it’s like to lose your footing and rebuild. That’s why I meet clients with both empathy and belief in their resilience.
