Shift happens.
How will you root into new ground?
How will you root into new ground?
Change is part of being human.
Sometimes it finds us when we least expect it; other times, we go looking for it. Either way, it can stir things up and leave us unsure of who we are now.
I help people navigate those in-between spaces when life feels uncertain.
It’s often in those moments that we find a new understanding of ourselves and start to figure out what's next.
My coaching combines reflection, positive psychology, and methods shaped by both professional training and real-life experience. I care about helping people rebuild confidence and self-trust in ways that feel practical, compassionate, and real.
I’ve gone through periods of anxiety, panic, and agoraphobia, and eventually left an 18-year corporate career that no longer fit. Rebuilding taught me patience, self-compassion, and resilience—qualities that influence how I coach.
I try to meet people with honesty and understanding, knowing that growth rarely happens in a straight line.
“Diorella’s presence is calming and inspiring. She has this way of being fully there with you—not rushing or thinking about the next thing, just being completely present. It makes you feel seen and heard in a way that feels very nourishing. ”
