🌿 Life is constantly shifting, but you don't need all the answers to start moving forward. I'll help you figure out where to go from here, wherever "here" is for you right now. 🌿Â
The path is yours to create. You decide where you're going and how to get there.
I'll meet you where you are and walk beside you, helping you navigate what’s next—kind of like a GPS, but with more warmth and interaction!
My practice is neuroinclusive. However your mind works, I'd love to learn what support looks like for you. My goal is to create a space that adapts to you, especially when you're probably used to having it be the other way around.
Here's a quick snapshot of who I am and what I bring to this work:
I’m certified through an ICF-accredited program and working toward my ACC credential. Training, integrity, and ethics are central to how I work.
I spent 18 years in IT as a systems analyst (nerd alert!). Because of this, I tend to make sense of the world by looking for patterns, structure, and spending lots of time in reflection. I now use these skills in my coaching.
Sessions are guided but never rigid. If you prefer more structure or predictability, just let me know.
I support people in life’s “in-between” moments, when things feel up in the air and the dust hasn't settled yet.
I coach with curiosity, not quick fixes. I ask questions that invite clarity, not pressure. There’s no right or wrong, just what’s true for you.
In a world that often glorifies self-sufficiency, it takes real courage to say, "I could use some help." We can start where you are and help you reconnect with your own strength and clarity.Â
Outside of coaching, I’m endlessly curious, drawn to Buddhist teachings, and find comfort in books, stillness, and British comedies.
